Education

Cody graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then went on to the University of Wyoming to earn his Juris Doctorate Degree, and finally to Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he obtained an LL.M. degree in Taxation.

Professional Accreditation

Cody knew from his first day of law school that he wanted to work in estate planning. While in law school, Cody participated in the estate planning practicum where he was given clients who could not afford to hire an attorney. Through this program, Cody implemented a number of basic level estate plans before he even graduated from law school.

Prior to joining Dana Whiting Law, Cody worked at the law office of Jeffrey Burr in Henderson, NV. Because Nevada has very favorable asset protection laws Cody has been able to bring his knowledge with him to assist in our planning.

Personal

When Cody is not working he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, tennis, mountain biking, and enjoying beautiful weather any way he can.
