Paralegal

Importance of a Team

“The hardest part of building a quality law firm is assembling the right people who share a common goal”, said Matt Dana. At the core of our firm, you will find a group of professionals, lawyers, and paralegals that realize the importance of Estate Planning, are proud of what they do and enjoy doing it together. You will feel this warmth and friendship from the time you step into our office that was decorated with the custom wood that comprised the barn and corals of the Harvey and Greta Dana (Matt’s parents) homestead in Mesa, Arizona where Matt grew up. You will see a picture of Matt’s father Harvey in the reception area. You will see some of the family heirlooms that have been passed down for generations. You will come to feel that you are more than a client to us, you are our friends.

She is intricately involved with clients as they execute their estate planning documents and assists them as they transfer title of their properties to the trust.

"Kyndall was one of the key persons at the Dana Law Firm and she had a finger in any success or accolades we achieved as a firm. I am proud of her not only as a daughter but as one of my closest business advisors. I am happy that she has accepted the challenge to help us grow Dana Whiting Law into Arizona's premiere Estate Planning Law Firm," said Matt Dana. Kyndall graduated from Arizona State University wherein she earned a Bachelor's Degree graduating Suma Cum Laude. She did this at the same time she was working for the Dana Law Firm and starting her family. She and her husband are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children, two boys, and one little girl. When Kyndall isn’t at work or spending time with her children, she enjoys reading.

Theresa Deemer

Paralegal

Terri has worked with Matt Dana for over six years as his legal assistant starting at Dana Law Firm in 2011. She started as the receptionist in the Scottsdale office of Dana Law Firm and quickly moved into managing the Scottsdale office as well as serving in the capacity of Matt Dana's personal assistant. She joined Matt and others from Dana Law Firm when they affiliated with the national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP. At Quarles & Brady LLP, she continued as Matt's assistant and took on additional roles such as marketing, some paralegal work and managing Matt's busy calendar and schedule. When Matt asked her to leave Quarles & Brady LLP and join him once again at Dana Whiting Law she was excited for the new challenges this would bring.

At Dana Whiting Law Terri continues as Matt's assistant and manages and schedules Matt's estate planning clients. She also fills the role as manager of the Scottsdale office and supervises all employees. In addition, she also helps with paralegal duties and responsibilities and assists Matt as he heads up the Probate and Trust Administration section of Dana Whiting Law. She has over 40 years of experience in the administrative and office management field and has assisted the attorneys with scheduling, billing, marketing, drafting and client relations. She has been married for 27 years and has two daughters. In her free time she enjoys remodeling her house with her husband, spending time with her granddaughter, reading and camping.
