About Kenneth W. Schutt, Jr.

Kenneth W. Schutt, Jr. is an experienced estate litigation attorney who is Of Counsel to Dana Whiting Law. Ken works with families involved in estate litigation that arises in connection with the administration of estates and trusts. Estate litigation usually involves a complex mixture of legal issues and emotional battles. Ken understands the financial and emotional toll estate litigation takes on families and seeks the most efficient and least stressful path to resolution of your case. Drawing on his extensive experience, Ken is dedicated to providing the support you need to help relieve your emotional burden through the estate litigation process while focusing on obtaining the legal resolution you seek.

Ken was born and grew up in Nebraska. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska in 1979 and a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1982. Ken has practiced law in Arizona since 1982 and also is admitted to practice in Colorado (inactive) and Nebraska (inactive). Ken is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ken’s practice is focused primarily on estate litigation, although he handles other business and general civil litigation matters.

Ken and his wife, Stacy, have three children and enjoy spending time with their family and friends. Ken and Stacy love to travel and do so whenever they have the chance. Ken is an avid sports fan and closely follows the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He also is a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the local Arizona sports teams.
